The Nicros EVO Panels™ modular climbing wall system is constructed using light weight 3′ x 3′ fiberglass panels which have been sculpted to resemble real rock features.

The Nicros EVO Panels™ climbing wall system is constructed using light weight 3′ x 3′ fiberglass panels which have been sculpted to resemble real rock features.  This modular system is capable of achieving various panel orientations and configurations resulting in a three dimensional rock like appearance.  The use of lighter weight fiberglass enables EVO Panels™ to be used in applications that may have flooring weight restrictions, such as second floor mezzanines.  Since EVO Panels™ are delivered in a nearly finished state, on-site installation time is drastically reduced which allows for this product to be installed around finished surfaces without creating the debris associated with most construction sites.

Appearance. Visually stunning, EVO Panels™  climbing wall systems allow for limitless design opportunities.  EVO Panel™pieces are sculpted to resemble real rock.  This “real rock” look, along with our special texture, gives EVO Panels™  climbing wall projects a superb look and feel.

Versatility. Feel. EVO Panels™ are made from a special fiberglass mixture that gives the product a “real rock” look and texture.  All Nicrolite™ panels are sculpted to resemble real rock shapes only found in nature.

Durability. EVO Panels™  can be installed virtually anywhere indoors or outdoors.  The climbing wall surface is made of a lighter weight fiberglass and the metal structure is constructed of galvanized steel that can withstand the harshest elements.

Design. EVO Panels™ can be configured into just about any design conceivable. Designs can include overhanging areas, dihedrals, arêtes, roofs, vertical sections, and many other climbing formations.

Handholds. EVO Panels™ climbing wall systems are designed to accept modular bolt-on handholds for greater versatility in route-setting. Each panel includes five modular handholds and has approximately ten handhold attachment points for additional route setting flexibility. The first step in the process is the design phase. Depending on the project, this is either rendered as simple plan views and cross-sectional drawings or CAD renditions. Our design team works with you to create a wall that’s both visually striking and highly functional.

Once a design is chosen, the engineering begins. All Nicros climbing wall designs are engineered to meet or exceed industry standards (CWA General Specification for the Design and Engineering of Artificial Climbing Structures, First Edition).

Upon completion of the engineering, a steel frame is erected and the the EVO Panels™ climbing wall components are installed.  All EVO Panels are made with corn/soy based fiberglass resin using a closed molding technique, making this product useful in accumulating valuable LEED credits.  The EVO Panels™ climbing wall components are pre-built and delivered to the job site in a nearly finished state resulting in on-site installation time that is drastically reduced.   These prefabricated components also allow for this product to be installed around finished surfaces without creating the debris associated with most construction sites.

The climbing surface of each component is constructed using highly durable fiberglass panels which have been sculpted to resemble real rock features creating one of the most realistic looking panel systems on the market.

Finally, the protection anchors and handholds are installed and the landing surface added. After a final inspection, your wall is ready for use.
