In the climbing industry, good products aren’t made by magic. Nicros’ products – both climbing walls and handholds – are the result of great people working hard, working thoughtfully, and above all working together.  At Nicros, our most valuable resource lies within our talented team of employees.

Nate Postma, President
Nate has more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and operations of artificial climbing walls. He is a founding member of the Climbing Gym Association (CGA) the Climbing Wall Association (CWA) and a past  board member for the Climbing Wall Industry Group (CWIG). Nate owns and operates three large commercial climbing gyms and has been an avid climber for more than 25 years.

Pam Postma, Vice President

Larry Bachman, Director of Operations
Larry has been with Nicros since 2006 and has extensive experience in business and customer service industries.  He enjoys cross-country skiing, camping, geocaching, biking, kayaking, and spending time with his family.

Donna Berget, Office Manager
Donna has been with Nicros since 1998.  As Office Manager, she is responsible for an immeasurable number of job duties at Nicros’ corporate office.  She enjoys long walks, golfing, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Dewey Horstman, Senior Project Manager
Dewey is responsible for the Climbing Wall Construction Division and  Marketing Department.  He has been with Nicros since 2005 and has over 16 years of commercial construction and project management experience.  Dewey has successfully managed more than 100 climbing wall projects since his start with Nicros, Inc.  Dewey enjoys golfing, hunting, and above all spending time with his wife and son.

Noah Bluesky, Project Manager
Noah is responsible for all field construction activity for the Climbing Wall Construction Division and acts as our in-house IT Tech.  He has been with Nicros since 2006 and has over 15 years of commercial, residential, retail and project management experience. Noah enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Michael Moore, Sales Representative
Michael is our Lead Sales Representative for the Climbing Wall Construction Division. He has been with Nicros since 2006 and has more than 12 years of residential construction and sales experience.  Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Entrepreneurship from St. Cloud State University, MN.

Nicholas Cowan, Design Team
Nicholas comes to Nicros with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and years of experience working as an architect in Chicago. As our in-house designer he is in charge of developing concept wall sketches, coordination with architects and engineers in addition to creating the climbing wall construction documents. He enjoys woodworking, camping, gardening and many other outdoor activities.

Trinh Mai, Marketing
Trinh graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Graphic Design; this is also where she sparked her interest in climbing. She has been with Nicros since 2008.

Sara Norgon, Marketing
Sara joined the Nicros marketing team in December, 2010. She attended UW-Eau Claire, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism. Besides climbing, Sara enjoys photography, hiking, biking, skiing and pretty much anything outdoors.
